Bluma – Terms of Service

Welcome to Bluma, an application operated by Precog Visuals (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReConstruct mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, using the Service, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bluma. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the Service

Bluma offers access to over 100 juice recipes.

The benefit and features include:

Ability to saerch recipes by title, color, ingredient, or by functional wellness desire.

Email/password account creation via Firebase

In-app purchases and subscription management via RevenueCat

3. Accounts and Security

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You agree to:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information

Keep your login credentials confidential

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

4. User Content

4.1 Definition

“User Content” includes any names, email or contact information that is shared with the app.

4.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of your User Content.

4.3 License to Us

By uploading User Content, you grant Precog Visuals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your content solely for:

Operating the Service

Generating AI outputs

Improving system performance (e.g., caching or temporary model processing)

4.4 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload:

Illegal content

Copyright-protected content you do not own

Images containing minors in unsafe or inappropriate contexts

Any harmful, abusive, or misleading material

We may remove content or suspend users who violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI generated images to represent an estimation of what each juice looks like..

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI outputs may be inaccurate or unpredictable

AI results may differ from user expectations

Outputs may not be used for structural engineering, safety-critical decisions, or professional construction guidance

You are solely responsible for how you use or interpret generated content

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, safety, or fitness of AI-generated imagery.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Credits

Bluma currently offers:

A free tier with 5 recipes.

Standard tier from a one time purchase unlock that adds 8 more reciepes (13 total)

and a Pro tier which unlocks over 100 recipes.

All payments are processed through RevenueCat, which handles App Store / Google Play billing.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

6.1 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Canceling a subscription prevents the next billing cycle but does not entitle you to a refund for the current cycle.

Pricing may be updated with notice as required by the respective app stores.

6.2 Refunds

All purchases, including subscriptions and Boost credits, are non-refundable.
Refund requests must comply with the App Store or Google Play Store’s policies, but Precog Visuals does not issue refunds directly under any circumstances.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Misuse the Service or interfere with its operation

Reverse engineer any portion of the Service

Use the Service for surveillance, harassment, property damage planning, or illegal purposes

Do not follow Bluma as advice for your health or any care decisions. You should consult your praimary care phsycian before making any dietary changes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the Service (software, branding, algorithms, UI, etc.) is owned by Precog Visuals or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

Bluma integrates with:

Firebase / Firestore (authentication & storage)

Google Cloud APIs (image processing)

RevenueCat (subscription management)

Your use of these components may also be governed by third-party terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts

Remove User Content

Restrict access to the Service

…at our discretion if Terms are violated.

You may delete your account at any time. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.

Accounts may terminate and not carry over if Bluma does not update software iwth new mobile phone app recquirements. So product life is not guaranteed or promised to last for any duratino of time.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim:

Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose

Liability for errors in AI-generated content

Liability for loss of data or service interruptions

AI imagery is not professional architectural, design, or construction advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Precog Visuals shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Loss of profits, data, or reputational harm

Issues resulting from misuse of AI-generated outputs

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precog Visuals from any claims arising from:

Your misuse of the Service

Your User Content

Your violation of these Terms

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

16. Privacy Policy
